1. Install Setup Scaler 3 v3.1.1.exe
2. To activate the product, click Install License WIN.bat
or copy the file 8ee6df9696d67d1fcfe63c7c4b4506e7 to C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming
3. To add Scaler 3 Sounds, click install.cmd
